Dear all,
The Bangalore one project is supposed to usher in a
clean and transparent administration.
But the tender document speaks a different language.
The tender document had been classified “Proprietary &
Confidential”

The first page of the tender document reads as
follows:

No part of this document can be reproduced in any
form or by any means, disclosed or distributed to
any person without the prior consent of
Government of Karnataka (GoK), except to the
extent required for submitting bid and no more.
The information contained in this document is only
disclosed for the purposes of enabling you to submit
a proposal to GoK in accordance with the
requirements of this document. This document
should not therefore be used for any other purpose
and should not be retained for more than twoweeks
following the Submission Date.
This document contains proprietary information
furnished for evaluation purposes only; except with
the written permission of GoK, such information
may not be published, disclosed, or used for any
other purpose. You acknowledge and agree that
this document and all portions thereof, including,
but not limited to, any copyright, trade secret and
other intellectual property rights relating thereto,
are and at all times shall remain the sole property of
GoK and that title and full ownership rights in the
information contained herein and all portions
thereof are reserved to and at all times shall remain
with GoK. You agree to take utmost care in
